One of our team will attend typically within 4 hours from your initial call (this may vary in the winter when the night draws in earlier) with equipment onboard to stop your leak or dismantle unsafe structures. If additional works are required on top of the temporary repair, we will issue an estimate for the further works and deduct £50 +VAT if we are instructed to carry out your permanent repair.

A member of our estimating team will arrange a mutually convenient time to view your property, discuss and listen to your requirement, offer advice, and provide a detailed and competitive quotation, together with a method statement highlighting how we would undertake the works involved.
